Milica Svirac rođena je 1985. godine u Pančevu. Diplomirala je na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu u klasi profesora I. Kalmana 2008. godine. Tokom školovanja bila je dobitnica brojnih nagrada na republičkim, saveznim i međunarodnim takmičenjima.
Pohađala je majstorske kurseve kod eminentnih violončelista kao što su Ksenija Janković (Nemačka), StanislavApolin (Češka), Tobijas Štosik (Austrija), Džozef Krouč (Engleska). Od humanitarnog fonda „Agora“ donirana su joj sredstva (10.000 USD) za kupovinu novog instrumenta 2009. godine.

Zaposlena je u orkestru Opere Srpskog narodnog pozorišta, honorarno sarađuje sa Vojvođanskim simfonijskim orkestrom, takođe je članica festivalskog orkestra ”Kotor Art”. Pored orkestarskog sviranja bavi se i kamernom muzikom gde se izdvaja aktivan rad, u periodu od 2008-2013. godine, sa klavirskim triom ”Noster Modus” sa violinistkinjom Martom Kojadinović i pijanistkinjom Marinom Rajnović Babović.
Povremeno sarađuje sa Dramom Srpskog narodnog pozorišta kao muzički izvođač u predstavi “Šekspir u Kremlju” koja je rađena u koprodukciji Srpskog narodnog pozorišta i Ulisis (Ulysses) teatra (Zagreb) u režiji Lenke Udovički.

Takođe je bila učesnica projekata koji se tiču savremene muzike od kojih se izdvajaju: projekat ”Savremena kompozicija u Vojvodini” 2012. i 2014. godine; projekat sa gitaristom Ivanom Čkonjevićem ”Gradovi utočišta”, album pod istoimenim nazivom izdat je 2013. godine za “Šajorekords“ (Shayo Records), Ženeva; projekat sa saksofonistom Borisom Kovačem ”Times of Day” 2013. godine.

Milica Svirac was born in 1985, in Pančevo, Serbia. In 2008, she graduated from the Academy of Art in Novi Sad, under the professor I. Kalman. During her studies, she was awarded various prizes at the republic, national and international competitions. She took master courses with eminent cellist, such as Ksenija Janković (Germany), Stanislav Apolin (Chech Republic), TobiasStosiek (Austria), Joseph Crouch (England). In 2009, she was donated funds for buying a new instrument (in the amount of 10,000 USD) by the humanitarian fund “Agora”.

She is an employed member of the opera orchestra of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad. She cooperates on a temporary basis with the Symphonic Orchestra of Vojvodina, Zrenjanin Philharmonic Orchestra, while also being a member of the festival orchestra “Kotor Art.” Apart from being an orchestra musician, she has beenvery active within the field of chamber music, as well. Between 2008 and 2013, she was an active member of the piano trio “Noster Modus”, with Marta Kojadinović, a violinist and Marina Rajnović Babović, a pianist. She occasionally cooperates with the Drama Department of the Serbian National Theatre of Novi Sad, as a music performer in “Shakespeare in Kremlin” (Šekspir u Kremlju), a coproduction of the Serbian National Theatre (Novi Sad) and the theatre Ulysses (Zagreb), directed by Lenka Udovički.

Furthermore, she took part in various projects concerned with the contemporary music, including: the project “Modern composition in Vojvodina” in 2012, 2014 and 2015; the project “New Serbian Music for the Accordion”, within the festival “Eufonija”, in 2016,cooperating with Darko Dimitrijević,an accordionist; the project “Gradovi utočišta” with Ivan Čkonjević,a guitarist – the album of the same name was published in 2013 for the Shayo Records, Geneva; the project “Times of Day”, in cooperation with Boris Kovač, a saxophonist, in 2013. Since October 2014, she has been a member of the quartet “Bilitis”, cooperating with Ksenija Bašić,a flautist, Iva Stanković, a violinist and Ana Klem-Aksentijević, a violist.
